You are unique.  As is your mind and the programmes it runs inside you, often without your knowledge. Too often typical hypnotherapy uses a linear and scripted approach and most other therapies use a conscious logical approach. 

The amount of times I hear, “I tried hypnotherapy before but it didn’t work would surprise you”, as one client said, “I had tried counselling and other therapy’s over the past fifteen years and nothing made any difference.” Yet for some reason when we used hypnosis, got to the mind and persuaded it to change – their life changed.

The Programme to Help You Think and Feel Better

This programme is a unique combination of advanced hypnosis and hypnotherapy techniques that I have used to help thousands of people over the past 18 years.

Helping change someone’s life requires 3 steps. I say this to every client.


Step One: Hypnosis

The first step of the programme is to teach you how to enter the state of hypnosis and this is what allows access to the most important thing there is. 

Your subconscious mind and its amazing power.  It can be your best friend, or most powerful enemy.  If you fight it, you will usually lose – so why not work with it instead?  Hypnosis can make this possible.


Step Two: Accessing the Subconscious Mind


The second step is to access your subconscious mind; this runs those automatic programmes that just seem to happen.  You try and change and yet keep returning to those old ways of thinking, or feeling.   


So to make effective change the change needs to happen in the subconscious, then it will happen automatically.

Step Three: Create Lasting Change


The third step can be easier than you thought but requires one question to be answered. Can your mind make this change, and does it want to, here is where some negotiation comes in!
