Hypnosis for Personal Development

Hypnotherapy to Help You Succeed

Your mind is extremely powerful and can be your best ally. Yet it can also hold you back, make you doubt yourself, or stop you from fulfilling your true potential.

Edmund Hillary once said, “It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.” Most of us struggle to do this — unless we know how. The truth is, if we subconsciously believe we can, we can.

Your Personal Mind Game

Your mind can either move you towards or away from what you want to achieve, whether personal or professional. Hypnotherapy for personal development can help you develop skills and confidence in education, career, or social situations.

You may have tried self-help books or positive thinking, only to find old patterns returning. Motivation may appear at first, but you often end up back where you started. There is a better way: use the power of your mind to help you succeed.

More than just Goal Setting

Life coaching helps people get from A to B, but it takes time to overcome obstacles — especially if you’re fighting your own mind. Hypnotherapy can align your subconscious with your goals, making achievement faster and easier.

Goal-setting and affirmations only work if your subconscious supports them. Convince your subconscious to want what you want, and you gain a powerful ally — a goal-achieving machine at your side.

You have an amazing mind — don’t waste it.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Edward to any of my close family or friends; he is a genuinely kind, empathetic man who is an expert in his field. Having never experienced Hypnotherapy before, I was very unsure of what to expect - All i can say is that the experience and process is not only completely mindblowing, it's effective and enjoyable.

Thank you Edward.

After years of smoking I made the decision to stop, before my health and my bank balance suffered any more. Three sessions with Edward helped me stop completely without any withdrawal symptoms. I have not touched a cigarette for over three weeks, having previously been on over 20 a day. I actually stopped after the second session. i kept my distance from other smokers for the first week, but after that, it didnt bother me and I dont crave. No cravings even after those trigger points. Much easier than I anticipated. After all, we aren't born smokers are we ? Edward was superb, highly recommended.

A hypnotherapist should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward their clients, and Edward has all the above.

Edward is very friendly and professional. Feeling positive and less anxious after 3 sessions but will not truly know until next summer as my issue was hot weather related. So time will tell if i have the tools to deal with it. Fingers crossed

“I was finding work overwhelming and struggling to put things in perspective.
I wanted to be able to not react so strongly to stressful situations and to not be visibly agitated.

People have commented on a change in my persona at work.
I do feel more in control and don’t panic or stress as much when things go wrong.”
