Hypnosis Can Help With Insomnia
Hypnosis for Insomnia
The harder you try to sleep, the more awake you feel. That’s the trap. Insomnia is usually a mind that won’t switch off, not a body that can’t rest and that’s something we can change, without medication.
If you suffer from insomnia, you are not alone. It’s estimated that 1 in 3 people in the UK experience difficulty falling asleep, waking during the night, or lying awake for long periods. Sleep is essential for functioning at your best, yet insomnia can make exhaustion, agitation, and anxiety a daily reality.
Lack of sleep affects mood, focus, and overall health. It can create a cycle of worry that makes falling asleep even harder.
Finding a Long-Term Solution
Often, life’s worries keep us awake, either about what has happened or what might happen. On top of that, worrying about whether you will sleep only worsens the problem.
The key is learning to control or change the thoughts that appear before bedtime or during the night. Many people try relaxation techniques, television, reading, or a warm drink, but these often fail until the underlying thought patterns are addressed.
How Hypnotherapy Can Help
Hypnotherapy for insomnia uses hypnosis to communicate directly with your subconscious mind. It allows you to relax persistent thoughts that interfere with sleep and retrain your mind to develop a healthier sleep pattern.
Each person is different, and solutions are tailored to your needs. Some require addressing underlying causes, while others benefit from learning how to calm the mind and sleep naturally again.

How many sessions will I need?
Most people need only a handful of sessions — often between three and five, depending on what’s keeping you awake. This isn’t open-ended therapy. We settle the thoughts that fire up at night and retrain a healthier sleep pattern, and I send you away with tools you can use yourself. I’ll give you an honest sense of what to expect on our free call.
