2.4 Payment, Cancellation & Attendance Policy
All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure the appointment time, unless otherwise agreed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are chargeable in full.
This policy exists because session times are reserved exclusively and cannot usually be filled at short notice.
Where session plans (3-session or 5-session packages) are purchased, these are commitment-based packages offered to support momentum and continuity of work. Package payments are non-refundable.
Any unused sessions remain as non-transferable credit and must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase.
Unused credit expires after this period, as time has been reserved for therapeutic work.
By booking a session or purchasing a session plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
