You are unique, as is your mind and the programmes it runs within you — often without your knowledge. Too often, typical hypnotherapy uses a linear or scripted approach, and many other therapies rely purely on a conscious, logical approach.
I often hear clients say, “I tried hypnotherapy before, but it didn’t work.” One client told me, “I had tried counselling and other therapies over the past fifteen years, and nothing made any difference.” Yet, when we used hypnosis to access the subconscious and persuaded it to change, their life transformed.

This programme is a unique combination of advanced hypnosis and hypnotherapy techniques, which I have used to help thousands of people over the past 20 years. Making lasting change requires three steps — and I explain these to every client.
My 3 Step Method to Change Your Life
Step 1: ENTER HYPNOSIS
The first step of the method is to teach you how to enter the state of hypnosis and this is what allows access to the most important thing there is.
Your subconscious mind and its amazing power. It can be your best friend, or most powerful enemy. If you fight it, you will usually lose – so why not work with it instead? Hypnosis can make this possible.
Step 2: ACCESS THE MIND
The second step is to access your subconscious mind; this runs those automatic programmes that just seem to happen. You try and change and yet keep returning to those old ways of thinking, or feeling.
So to make effective change the change needs to happen in the subconscious, then it will happen automatically.
Step 3: CHANGE YOUR MIND
The third step can be easier than you thought but requires one question to be answered. Can your mind make this change, and does it want to, here is where some negotiation comes in!
