I would describe it a slightly strange but in a good way. For the time you are “hypnotised” it is like the world is continuing around you, and you are aware of all this, but you don’t care and are happy just being wherever you think you are at that moment in time.
I generally felt like, after having this problem for 20+ years of my life, and attempting to change nothing had worked before, I thought that I would try hypnotherapy as I had read that it could help me and I was at a point where I didn’t only want to change I needed to.
It has improved a great deal. I will admit that I was a little skeptical when I first start, as its something that I never thought could help me, and after my first session nothing seemed to have changed, but things did change but that first week was small changes.
I have now, at the time of writing writing this, had 4 sessions with Edward and the problems I went to see him about are now starting to go and my life is so much better for it and I am happier.
Even though I have only know him a few week, its feels like Edward Arran has been my friend for years. He is a great man, professional, funny and knows exactly how to help with the problems you rare having.
I would highly recommend his service to anybody looking for help with their problems, and for anybody who is looking for hypnotherapy to help, he would be top of my list.
